U.S. Climate Tech Fundraising Review · Planetary Scale Advisors LLC · Last updated August 9, 2026
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address. Google handles the sign-in itself — we never see or store your password. If you sign in by email link instead, we collect the name, email address, and company you enter, and we email you your sign-in link.
We also keep standard server logs to keep the dashboard secure and protect it from abuse: IP addresses, the pages requested, and a record of each sign-in. We keep logs for as long as we need them for those purposes.
We also keep a record of how the dashboard is used: which views and detail pages are opened, and what people search for. When you're signed in, that record is tied to your account. Otherwise it isn't tied to your name or email.
To understand who is using the dashboard and which parts of it are useful, and to contact you about Planetary Scale's work and updates to this dashboard. Your name and email are stored in the platform we use to send that email, which processes them on our behalf.
We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We share it with the service providers that help us run this dashboard and send our email, who process it on our behalf. We may also disclose it where the law requires it, or to protect the dashboard and our rights.
We don't respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, and no third party collects information about your activity on this dashboard.
We keep your name and email until you ask us to delete them. We may keep information for longer where we need it for our records or where the law requires it.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. To have your information removed entirely, email info@planetaryscale.co and we'll take you off the list and delete your information from our systems. We may keep a minimal record so we don't add you back or email you again, and copies may persist in backups for a period.
We may update this notice. The current version is on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. If you keep using the dashboard after a change, you've accepted the updated notice.
